Main Street Historic Walk – Site 44

This building was built for stock agents Goldsbrough Mort in 1952/3 and it was used as a shop and store shed. In 1963, when Goldsbrough Mort amalgamated with the other stock agents in Elders becoming Elders GM, the shop closed and Margaret River's first TAB operated there for some time. Building was removed and a large double story new complex was built housing the NAB bank, The Milk Shack and other offices.
