This building was built for chemist Tim and Doris Burking in 1952/3 for pharmacy and residence. Later chemists were Ron Sunderland (1955 to 1961), Richard Cherry (1970 to 1975), Ashley and Kay Hammond (1985) and now it's Priceline Pharmacy.If you would like to learn more about the local history of Margaret River, visit The Old Settlement Museum down the river.
